Liechtenstein has a quite strict youth protection law in Liechtenstein.Youth aged 14 and older are criminally responsible and will be held accountable in cases of criminal offense. They have to pay restitution in full.

Children (age younger than 14): until max. 22:00, after 22:00 only with a legal guardian.
Youth (aged 14 and 15): until max. 24:00, after 24:00 only with a legal guardian.
Youth (aged 16 and oler): no limits
Motorscooters 40 ccm, 30 km/h: Youth aged 14 and older, with driving test.
Motorscooters 50 ccm, 11 kW: Youth aged 16 and older, with driving test.
Motorcycles, cars: Adults with driving test.
For motorbikes the wearing of helmets is obligatory. Motorbikes have to turn on lights when they are in use.
Children aged 12 and older: Allowed, when age difference is not bigger than 3 years.
Youth aged 14 and 15: Allowed, if not a dependent relationship (teacher, ...)
Youth aged 16 and 17: Allowed, if not a dependent relationship (teacher, ...)
Youth aged 18 and older: No restrictions.
